3rd International Symposium: ICF Education

 Postkarten ICF Edu Simple

Thanks to the interesting and thought-provoking talks and poster presentations as well as the active participation from the attendees both onsite and online, the 3rd International Symposium: ICF Education was a great success!

In line with the symposium's mission to bring together people from around the world who are using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in clinical practice, research and teaching, 96 persons from all 6 WHO world regions registered for the conference and 43 posters addressing diverse ICF topics were displayed and discussed. The symposium concluded a week of independent but interconnected ICF meetings that commenced with the mid-year meetings of the WHO Family International Classifications working groups – the Functioning and Disability Reference Group and the Education and Implementation Committee – and continued with the German National ICF Users Conference. The German National ICF Users Conference and the 3rd International Symposium: ICF Education also welcomed participants at a joint session encompassing 3 talks that addressed the use of ICF in Germany. See programme below.

The ICF Research Branch (symposium organising committee) would like to thank the Medical School Hamburg (MSH) for hosting and supporting the organisation of the 3rd International Symposium: ICF Education and ensuring that it was a success.
